NOOR FARSI SCHOOL / ABOUT US

Language. Roots. Belonging.

A welcoming school where children learn Persian with joy, meaning, and friendship—and grow closer to their family’s language and culture.

Our history & roots

Noor Farsi School is a small, dedicated program where children learn Farsi joyfully, with meaning, and rooted in culture.

How We Teach

Classes are small and welcoming, with a warm homeschool spirit. Each session blends speaking, listening, reading, and writing — all within the context of Persian culture and storytelling.

Our mission

We believe every Persian-American child deserves to hold their language close — to read their grandparents’ letters, to understand the poetry of Hafez, and to feel at home in both worlds.

Who It's For

Children ages 5–14, at any level — whether your child is new to Farsi or already speaks it at home but cannot yet read it.

How we learn

Joyful learning

Play, stories, and poetry give words meaning and make learning an experience children can enjoy.

Every child matters

Each child’s speaking, reading, and writing skills help the school understand their starting point.

Culture and connection

Language opens a door to the stories, poetry, traditions, and people that give our lives meaning.
